In this role you will help us continue ensuring that our clients are satisfied and that we maintain a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with them.

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions via email
  • Handle status calls with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders to mine accounts for more business
  • Track and report account performance on a weekly basis
  • Manage campaigns end to end from RFQ to completion including reject reporting and analysis

Required Skillset
